Christmas Delivery Information and FAQs

I have shared lots of information in the run up to Christmas about last order dates, Royal Mail strikes, when the office will be closed etc.  So I thought it would be helpful to put everything in one post.

 

Last order dates for Christmas

UK 

Standard Class Postage - 10th December 2022

All orders placed from 1st -10th December were upgraded to 1st Class post at no extra cost

Tracked 24 - 14th December 2022 

Due to strike action orders placed late on 13th December and on 14th December will be shipped on 16th December

Europe - 1st December 2022 

Rest of the World - 25th November 2022 

Royal Mail Strikes

There have been numerous strike dates which have lead to severe delays. 

Please allow extra time for your order to arrive. 

I have done the best I can to ensure orders get to you before Santa, by bringing me last order dates forward, upgrading postage in December to first class at no extra cost and offering Tracked24. However, once orders are with the Royal Mail it is out of my control. Post is being processed and your items will be with you, but I can't guarantee when they will arrive.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

I know it's frustrating if your order has not arrived in time for Christmas. As a small business owner it is frustrating and stressful for me too.

If you order was shipped less than 21 days ago, it will still be in transit and delayed because of the strike.

So you have something to give your recipient on Christmas Day, you can download one of these free certificates as a place holder until the gift arrives. You could also download or screenshot the image of the product you have ordered to give with the certificate.

You can use these for any gift you have bought from elsewhere that is delayed.

How to get in touch about an order

If you want to get in touch please reply to your order confirmation or shipping email, it makes it quicker for me to respond to your query.

I'll be around to answer emails until the end of the day on 22nd December 2022.

Orders placed after last order dates

I will continue processing orders I receive before midday on 21st December 2022 but these orders will not arrive before Christmas.

fizzi HQ Office Hours

The office will close for a festive break from 23rd December 2022. The shop will remain open during the festive period.

I will be back on 5th January 2023 and orders received over the break will be processed in date order and dispatched by Monday 9th January 2023

I won't be picking up emails until the new year so I can spend quality time with my family and have a proper break. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
