It's a strange, uncertain world at the moment and I hope you are keeping safe and well. I wanted to let you know that it's still business as usual (with in reason and as best as it can be) at fizzi~jayne.

When will I receive my order?
I use Royal Mail to deliver your orders. They are continuing to provide a letter delivery service Monday to Friday but will temporarily no longer deliver letters on a Saturday. The majority of parcel services will still be delivered on a Saturday and they will still be collecting post as usual.
There are delays in posting orders (not just from me but all businesses). This can't be helped during these circumstances, the Royal Mail is working hard to keep us connected with fewer staff and within safe working practices. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
Orders sent outside of the UK
I am now able to post to Europe, however please allow extra time for your order, it may take 2 weeks or more to arrive.
There are still severe delays elsewhere due to many authorities applying special measures within their working practices. Many places around the world have received huge mail volumes and have been affected by reduced staffing and social distancing requirements.
I will keep an eye on the situation and will start shipping outside of Europe as soon as I can.
Are you worried about receiving parcels?
I’ve always been a compulsive hand washer and always wash my hands with soap before starting work. My main concern is the health & safety of my customers as well as my own well-being and I’m doing what I can to keep my hands and working environment clean.
I want to help you stay connected with your family and friends. All cards and gifts can be sent directly to the recipient with a handwritten message.
Select the option of where to send your order on the product page. Then add the message when prompted before adding to basket. Your card/gift will be sent to the shipping address you provide.
If you are still concerned or worried about sending a parcel to a vulnerable person you can email them a fizzi~jayne gift card, now available in my shop.
If there are any changes in my circumstances, if my processing times change or there are any changes to Royal Mail’s service, I will update this page and communicate it on my Facebook page and newsletter.
