      It's a strange, uncertain world at the moment and I hope you are keeping safe and well.  I wanted to let you know that it's still business as usual (with in reason and as best as it can be) at fizzi~jayne.

      I am still sending out orders  My full shipping policy can be seen here.

      When will I receive my order?

      I use Royal Mail to deliver your orders.  As we get closer to Christmas the postal service will be under a lot of pressure whilst keeping safe. We may experience delays in orders being delivered (not just from me but all businesses). This can't be helped during these circumstances, the Royal Mail is working hard to keep us connected within safe working practices. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

      Orders sent outside of the UK

      I will post orders to Europe and the USA but only until 12th November 2020. There are still delays so please allow extra time to receive your order.  It could take up to 8 weeks for orders to be delivered in the USA. For Europe it will vary depending on your local restrictions.

      Rest of the world - There are still severe delays elsewhere due to many authorities applying special measures within their working practices. Many places around the world have received huge mail volumes and have been affected by reduced staffing and social distancing requirements. 

      Are you worried about receiving parcels?

      I’ve always been a compulsive hand washer and always wash my hands with soap before starting work. My main concern is the health & safety of my customers as well as my own well-being and I’m doing what I can to keep my hands and working environment clean.

      Stay connected

      I want to help you stay connected with your family and friends.  All cards and gifts can be sent directly to the recipient with a handwritten message. 

      If you are still concerned or worried about sending a parcel to a vulnerable person you can email them a fizzi~jayne gift card, now available in my shop.

      If there are any changes in my circumstances, if my processing times change or there are any changes to Royal Mail’s service, I will update this page and communicate it on my Facebook page and newsletter.
