It's a strange, uncertain world at the moment and I hope you are keeping safe and well. I wanted to let you know that it's still business as usual at fizzi~jayne.
I am based in the UK and although we are in lockdown I work from home and I am still able to post your orders.

When will I receive my order?
I use Royal Mail to deliver your orders. The combination of greatly increased uptake of online shopping, and the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, mean that all delivery companies are experiencing exceptionally high volumes and this may cause delays in delivering your orders (not just from me but all businesses). This can't be helped during these circumstances, the Royal Mail is working hard to keep us connected within safe working practices. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
Orders sent outside of the UK
I will be posting orders outside of the UK, however, delays are still happening across the globes due to safety procedures and fewer flights leaving the UK. Depending on where you are in the world your order can take up to 8 weeks.
If you are in the EU, there are new custom procedures following Brexit. Royal Mail have warned that this may cause delays whilst an increase of mail now goes through customs.
For your peace of mind I would advise selecting Tracked & Signed postage so you can see where your order is on it's journey. International Standard, whilst cheaper, is not tracked and once it is in the hands of the postal service there is nothing I can do to track your parcel down.
Are you worried about receiving parcels?
I’ve always been a compulsive hand washer and always wash my hands with soap before starting work. My main concern is the health & safety of my customers as well as my own well-being and I’m doing what I can to keep my hands and working environment clean.
I want to help you stay connected with your family and friends. All cards and gifts can be sent directly to the recipient with a handwritten message.
If you are still concerned or worried about sending a parcel to a vulnerable person you can email them a fizzi~jayne gift card, now available in my shop.
If there are any changes in my circumstances, if my processing times change or there are any changes to Royal Mail’s service, I will update this page and communicate it on my Facebook page and newsletter.
