Do I need a customer account to earn points?
Yes but anyone can receive a discount for leaving a product review without a customer account.
Currently the only way to earn and redeem points plus refer a friend is to have a customer account which is free and easy to set up.
How can I see what rewards I have used?
Click on the reward icon at the bottom left of the screen and log in to your customer account. Next Click on the "Your Rewards", this will show you a complete list of the rewards you've earned and redeemed.
How do I spend points?
Click on the reward icon at the bottom left of the screen and log in to your customer account.
Next Click on "Ways to Redeem". If you have enough points you will be able to click the button that says Redeem.
Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.
The code will also be stored in your rewards panel under the Your Rewards section at the bottom
Why isn't my reward working?
Currently you can only use one coupon at checkout. Using multiple coupons is not permitted. But, you can use a coupon with a gift card at checkout.
Do I get points for shipping costs?
No, shipping costs, taxes and discounts will not be counted towards points. Rewards are calculated on the subtotal of your order excluding discounts.
What about refunds?
If an order is partially or fully refunded the points will be cancelled.
How do I refer a friend?
Click on the rewards icon and sign in. Scroll down and you will find a unique URL to share with friends and family.
